My experience with Dr. Ali, the brilliant founder of the respected "Implants Pro Center" dental clinic in San Francisco, was remarkable. Though many prominent periodontists were skeptical about the chances of my newly placed implant #5 succeeding, considering it a failure and advising its removal, Dr. Ali remained steadfast in his approach. He recommended a modern, less invasive method called the Laser-Assisted Peri-Implant Procedure (LAPIP).
This advanced laser therapy addresses peri-implantitis, a severe bacterial infection associated with pronounced inflammation and bone deterioration around dental implants. The precision of the LAPIP treatment makes it particularly appealing. Not only it alleviate discomfort and promote bone regrowth, but it also accelerates the healing process.
In a pivotal moment during my treatment, Dr. Pechak from the Perio and Implant Center of Silicon Valley contributed significantly to the success of the Laser-Assisted Peri-Implant Procedure (LAPIP) by providing complementary gum grafting. This thoughtful addition to my care played a crucial role in the preservation of implant #5. The gum grafting served as an essential support, reinforcing the effects of the LAPIP procedure and helping to restore the health of the surrounding tissues.

Dr. Pechak and his staff consistently provide very high quality, thorough services.
If I had to choose between a doctor who was highly competent or a less skilled
doctor whose facility had state-of-the-art equipment, I'd likely choose the practice
with the best doctor. Fortunately, at the Perio & Implant Center, that type of
choice is not necessary as Dr. Pechak is a doctor with extremely high expertise and
he has continually invests in technology that has proven merits.
I'm very satisfied as a patient at this practice.

Seems like a good doctor. Good at the explaining details in procedures. However, I can tell he was getting upset when I would yelp from the pain as he was poking in my teeth. He just looked at me, said nothing every time I yelped. He would just have his assistant talk to me to assure me everything would be okay. Which is fine, but it would have been nice, since he is the one poking around my teeth for him to at least once say, you’ll be okay, so I would know he cared or understood. When he was done all he said, with almost an angry tone: “You’re in pain because your gums are so inflamed.” I wanted to say: “Really! I think that’s why I’m here. But other than that he seems like he knows h is doing.

Spotless office with beautiful decor. Nice music and visuals in surgical room. Procedure was as painless as possible. Medical assistants showed care and concern, and Dr. Pechak has great bedside manner as well. State-of-the-art equipment and technology make for a positive experience.

Dr. Pechak and his staff are amazing! I have had several procedures over the years and they have all gone well. Dr Pechak skill in incredible. I’ve always been impressed with how quick and thorough he is. As long as he’s around I won’t go to any other place.

During my regular hygiene appointment, I recently had a great experience at Dr. Pechak's dental clinic. Dr. Urvashi Keswani, the new hygienist, left a special impression with her expertise and attentive care. As a certified periodontist, she could thoroughly address my concerns about bone loss and implant stability.
Dr. Keswani was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the examination and cleaning process. Her attention to detail was evident in her meticulous work, and her helpful tips on using an electric toothbrush were much appreciated.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Keswani for her exceptional dental care.

Dr. Pechak showed great patience, tact, and skill working with my 95 year old mother. She has dementia and is a particularly challenging dental patient. He was both kind and respectful in his interaction with her and she is surprisingly eager to come back for another visit.
